Nick was commissioned recently for a shoot that was a little bit off the wall. Although we don’t usually bring you news of everything he shoots, this one was particularly fun so we thought you’d like it. ‘The Pub Landlord’ and legendary comedian, Al Murray, is joining the fabulous Planet Rock presenting a Sunday morning show from 10-12 called Defender of the Planet Rock Tradition from May 26th.
For quite a few years now, Nick has been the official photographer for the fabulous Planet Rock radio and this week he was asked to engage in a very special shoot. The summer months are perfect for location hunting and Nick’s team is currently in the throes of sourcing some character venues for a number of shoots that he is involved in.
You can’t get more ‘rock-chick’ than the subject of Nick’s shoot earlier this week – 7-string metal guitarist and singer/songwriter, The Commander In Chief. Nick created some awesome shots to accompany an interview with The Commander in American rock publication Revolver Magazine next month and to promote her next tour.
